Refund Policy

At Warrior Herbs, we want you to love your cacao as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right. This policy outlines your rights and options when it comes to returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund if a product has a major fault, is unsafe, or is significantly different from what was described.

  • A repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure is not major.

Nothing in this policy excludes your statutory rights.

2. Our 100% Satisfaction Promise

In addition to your rights under the ACL, Warrior Herbs offers a customer-first guarantee:

  • If you try our product and are not fully satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement — no hard feelings.

  • To help us improve, we may ask for feedback, but proof of purchase is the only requirement.

3. Eligibility for Returns

  • Please contact us at tribe@warriorherbs.com before returning any items.

  • Returns must be lodged within 30 days of purchase.

  • For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless they are faulty. However, our satisfaction promise ensures you are still covered with a refund or replacement if you’re unhappy.

4. Process for Refunds & Returns

  1. Email us at tribe@warriorherbs.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm next steps — either refund, replacement, or in some cases, request that the product be returned.

  3. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Or by other means such as direct bank transfer if more efficient.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Warrior Herbs will cover all return shipping costs.

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly, either with a replacement or refund.
