Shipping Policy

We at Warrior Herbs strives to ensure your order is packed and dispatched with care. By purchasing through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding shipping and delivery. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within [X business days] from payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during public holidays, high-volume periods, or unforeseen disruptions.

2. Shipping Times & Carriers

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are outside of our direct control. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

3. Risk of Loss & Title

All orders are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier. Title (ownership) transfers upon delivery to your nominated address.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or refused at customs.

5. Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or unclaimed deliveries, may incur additional shipping charges for redelivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is damaged on arrival, or lost in transit, please notify us within [X days] of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier and, where required under the ACL, provide a replacement or refund.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver where caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, accidents, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or relevant Fair Trading legislation in Western Australia. If your product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
